The Role:
You will help set the future direction of new consumer products for DailyPay and be responsible for the build and launch of new products against that strategy. You will partner directly with executive leadership as well as core product management, design, engineering and other cross functional teams at DailyPay. You should have significant experience in building or scaling consumer products, and ideally with fintech or payments expertise. Ability to seek an independent work stream and drive progress in complex and fast moving environments is important.
This role will be based in NYC or remote.

How You Will Make an Impact:
- Deeply understand our users and our business to discover the jobs-to-be-done with strong user empathy and business acumen
- Synthesize customer insights into specific use cases and rationalized requirements
- Envision new consumer product that improves the financial lives of our users in fintech or payment use cases
- Lead the full product lifecycle from ideation and strategizing to build and launch in collaboration with executive leadership, designers, engineering and data scientists
- Define go-to-market strategy and lead its execution in partnership with product marketing
- Re-imagine delightful user experience that delivers tangible value in partnership with design and engineering
- Set an ambitious roadmap for product expansion and user growth
What You Bring to The Team:
- 5+ years of experience in software product management
- Experience in launching or scaling of consumer products
- Experience in designing data analysis and guiding user research to inform product strategy or solution design
- Domain expertise in fintech, payments or related areas
- Empathy for users with a drive to discover and resolve their pain points
- Owner’s mindset to investigate and resolve hard problems
- Ability to thrive in complex and fast-growing environments

Pay Transparency. DailyPay takes a market-based approach to compensation and compensation may vary depending on your location. U.S. locations are categorized into two tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The salary ranges are listed by geographic tier. Additionally, this role may be eligible for variable incentive compensation in addition to stock options. Where a candidate fits within the compensation range for a role is based on their demonstrated experience, qualifications, skills and internal equity.
