About the role:
We’re hiring a design leader to manage and guide Oscar’s service & platform product design team. This team of talented designers is focused on building a unified, user-centric, and flexible platform to tackle complex problems across our core insurance business. You’ll work across multiple products to deliver meaningful results for our internal and enterprise users, as well as the members & providers they serve. Experience working on SaaS products will help, but a strong interest in connecting complex systems is even better.
You will report to Product Design Leadership. This is a remote / work-from-home role. You must reside in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, or Washington, D.C.
