As a group design manager, you will ensure tasks are being delivered while nurturing product designers and guiding them through their career paths.

What you’ll do:

Build partnerships with members in product and engineering teams
Grow, lead and develop the design team
Define and promote best practices in the design process
Run and facilitate design reviews
Manage and allocate your teams' resources and collaborate on creating roadmaps, new products and vision
Collaborate daily with your colleagues in different locations (Lisbon, Prague, London)

We’re looking for someone with:

Experience in product design
Experience managing design teams
Experience in designing across various platforms (web, desktop and mobile)
A deep understanding of the product design process
Experience using and contributing to design systems
Passion for user-centric design
Keen attention to detail, analytical reasoning and systems thinking
Great communication and presentation skills
Fluency in English
A team-oriented personality
Design skills with your weapons of choice, be it pen and paper or Figma
