We are looking for a Graphic Brand Designer with excellent design skills, and an ability to create high-quality marketing assets following the company’s brand identity to help us reach our ambitious target and our international development!

At Skello, we put design and our brand identity at the heart of our project very early on. As a Graphic Brand Designer at Skello, you will collaborate on a daily basis with our Senior Brand Designer within the Global Marketing Team and report to the Global Brand Manager.

Missions

Maintain a strong brand
Hand in hand with our senior brand designer, ensure our visual brand identity is strong, recognizable,compliant with the Brand guidelines, and coherent across all platforms and all countries.
Explore ideas to define, build and maintain a cross platform marketing brand

Deliver stunning visuals for Brand, Growth, People and Sales teams
Create custom digital assets and visuals : landing pages, digital banners, etc.
Develop creative concepts for our paid ads campaigns : Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn ads, display banners
Conceptualise video animations to promote the product (storyboard)
Design print-ready marketing material (flyers, brochures, posters, exhibition stands) for a range of markets in France, Spain and Germany.
Liaise with freelances and printing companies
Collaborate closely with the global marketing team as well as with internal stakeholders

Your profile

Minimum of 4 years of experience at start-up, an agency, free-lance, or in a creative department.
Proficient in Figma, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator
Strong portfolio (Dribble, Behance, Personal website) displaying a range of projects that show your design skills and include branding projects as well as marketing and communication collaterals.
Good English to engage with all international team members within the company.
Attention to detail: You have an expert eye to ship the perfect experience.
Bonus : you have references in motion design and you understand UI
