THE OPPORTUNITY
Requirements
Our client needs an experienced developer to help them build some new key features on the psychedelic support app created with React.js. They have an existing stack and app with a year of development put into it. The features are related to the content, courses, intelligent features, and more.
The project is a contract that will be determined in scope and cost with you and their funding partner. They can chat about a fixed fee and a number of hours per week that work for you.
They are looking for a self-starter that takes initiative, with good communication and, ideally, a passion for helping make the world a better place.
You have:
- 3+ years of experience with HTML/CSS/JS/ReactJS/Tailwind CSS
- You know how to use GitHub
- You are detail-oriented and can port designs 1:1
- You're a self-starter who doesn't need hand holding
- Bonus: You can add delightful moments in an interface through slight animated touches and thoughtful, optimized, cross-platform code
- Bonus: You're into psychedelic therapy, and wellness, and want to work on creating a better world
You will be:
- Helping us continue building their ReactJS app in the psychedelic wellness space
- They'll provide designs for new features
- They'll ask you to go through the current app and fill any gaps with their Figma
- They'll ask you to review the current app and suggest improvements to the look/feel
You'll work with an experienced CTO focused on feature building and managing the backend. You'll be welcomed on their team and be part of the family! We'll invite you to Slack, involve you in meetings, and welcome your feedback and input.
