About the Team:
Our B2B department, established this year, is on the brink of significant growth. Currently consisting of seven members, including the Head of B2B, an Account Manager, a Logistics Associate, CX Specialist, a salesperson, and four Engineers, we're gearing up for expansion.
Our mission is clear: scale our B2B operations to $100M ARR within the next few years and give access to amazing food cooked by our chefs anywhere, away from home.
The role:
As the UX/UI Designer for the B2B team, you will create intuitive, innovative, and engaging user interfaces that enhance the client experience plus support our growth and marketing objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional team members to translate complex requirements into user-friendly designs. Your work will directly contribute to scaling our B2B operations and achieving our ambitious revenue goals.
This is a freelance position for 3 months
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design.
- Proven track record in designing for B2B products and services.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Ability to create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX/UI design, particularly in B2B environments.
- Examples of previous work showcasing problem-solving skills and design thinking.
- Marketing and growth experience with a sales pitch deck
- Marketing design for emails + customer use case and personalized landing pages
- Must have a portfolio of innovative mobile and website design including e-commerce experience
