🧑‍💻 About the role

We're looking for a highly collaborative Freelance Product Designer to drive the improvement of our customer and partner experience. In this position, you'll need to develop strong understanding of customer and partner behaviour and develop strategies to improve the experience. This is a 8-month contractor role.

👷🏾‍♀️ Where you come in

• Lead design initiatives to improve the customer and partner experience, offline and online.

• Collaborate closely with Engineering, and Product to align design strategies with business goals.

• Use data-driven insights to identify and explore new opportunities: whether that's through quantitative or qualitative data.

• Create visually compelling and customer-friendly experiences that balance both customer and partner needs.

• Continuously iterate on design based on feedback and performance metrics.

✅ Your profile

• You balance speed of iteration with execution quality. You’re able to make smart trade-offs with your team to launch and learn, fast.

• Strong visual design skills with a portfolio showcasing your work.

• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and balance competing priorities.

• Experience with data-driven design and a solid understanding of conversion rate optimization.

• A passion for creating innovative solutions and results-driven mindset.

• Strong systems-thinking.
