The Role
As a Financial Product Manager at Modulr, you will be an integral part of the team, working closely in our Product team solving problems faced by internal stakeholder. You will work closely with Finance and Payment Operations teams to ensure key processes such as Client billing, Safeguarding, Daily Reconciliations and preparation of management accounts are efficient, accurate and effective. You will be responsible for uncovering problems, gathering requirements, producing detailed specifications, and exploring new data solutions to improve our operational processes.
As a member of the Product team, you will have visibility of new products and change programmes that may impact operational functions. Therefore you will also act in an advisory capacity to ensure these do not adversely impact key processes and teams.

The Team:
In this role, you will report into the Product Lead – Customer Operations, and you will work day-to-day with the finance and payment operations team, data and engineering teams including vendors to understand and address operational challenges.
About you:
You have a track-record in delivering results in a fast-moving business and hence be comfortable with change and uncertainty. You will be a keen problem solver, address key challenges head-on, and have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. You will be ambitious in pursuing a career in Product Management.
