Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the product visual design and quality.
- Participate in product planning and research, be able to develop a high quality design style in the project, and form design guidelines and promote it within the team.
- Sensitive to the product user experience, have a good understanding of product data indicators, based on the analysis to propose optimization solutions, and continue to improve the product experience.
- Be able to explore the future development and design direction of the product, creative design for forward-looking products, and participate in the team's professional development and knowledge dissemination.
Requirements
- Engaged in the design industry for 3+ years, love design, have a broad vision of the industry and aesthetic standards.
- Familiar with Web, iOS and Android design guidelines and can provide relevant success cases.
- Rich knowledge of design theory and keen insight into popular trends, drive improvement and enhance the team's design capability.
- Experience and insights on user research, and have certain interaction design thinking.
- Good communication and team player, passionate about work, creativity and responsibility, continuous learning, able to withstand work pressure.
- Strong self-drive and Owner awareness, responsible for results.
