Experienced Content Writer, Blog & Digital (Contract)

About the Role

Lattice is looking for a creative and agile content writer to support our Communications team. You’ll be focused on building Lattice’s external presence through brand, product, and customer storytelling, partnering with both the in-house team and press agency partners. 

This role will have an important role in shaping Lattice’s external voice and presence in the market. Ideal candidates will have experience speaking to a variety of audiences and will have the ability to work within Lattice’s house style while bringing their own creativity and compelling sense of narrative to their work. 

This is a contract position for a period of 3 months with the option to extend. 

What you'll do: 

• Support on the ideation, development and editing of compelling long-form content
• Work collaboratively with in-house Communications, Content teams as well as agency partners to ensure cohesive messaging across projects

Who you are: What you'll do:

• At least 2-3 years of professional experience in a role that required high attention to detail, clear and tailored writing, and the ability to balance multiple deadlines at once
• An independent thinker and self-starter with the ability to consistently and effectively meet deadlines and communicate progress 
• Detail-oriented with the ability to oversee projects to completion
• Passionate about clear communication and motivated by the clarity with strong written and verbal communication skills

• Strong track record of personal accountability, strong work ethic, integrity, and proven organizational skills with attention to detail
• Demonstrates creative thinking and initiative with a willingness to take risks
