We are looking for an experiential designer with background in the festival or entertainment space to join experience operations across North America | (Europe/ME). This role is perfect for someone who follows event trends, loves brainstorming, solves logistical problems creatively, enjoys researching destinations, works well with others and knows how to get things done. We are on the hunt for a person who loves learning about cultures and destinations, designing unique experiences, but who also has a strong operational background.  

We are gearing up to produce 50+ experiences in 2022 and anticipate doubling that volume next year. We need someone who is hungry to help us design and deliver next-level experiences. 

Your experience working across multiple cities and destinations, simultaneously managing a varied calendar of experiences, working with destination partners, collaborating with internal global teams, strengthening ties with a multitude of vendors and understanding the intricacies of high level production and logistics will be vital in ensuring Pollen is established as the go-to platform for delivering experiences like no others. 

In the first 12 months you will:

  • Lead on bringing experiences within your community to life. You’ll understand community priorities, partner opportunities and tailor our products to design experiences that will support marketing, help us meet sales goals while remaining operationally, and financially sound.
  • Work in collaboration with the Destination Experience team to fine-tune experiences based on what is and isn't possible across each destination. This includes the design of itineraries, intimate stages and incremental revenue opportunities such as add ons.

  • Leverage our internal production team and network of vendors to produce experience design assets that are required for launch (final renders, cads, site maps) and allow us to finalize and stick to budgets while also giving marketing what they need to market the experience effectively
  • Advance Add-On options for sale
  • Advance VIP options for sale in coordination with Premium Services team.
  • Lead on turning over experiences within your Community to the assigned Event Manager at the point the experience launches. This includes ensuring the Event manager is informed about everything as it relates to the itinerary and p&l so that they can advance and execute the event flawlessly.
  • Learn from program to program and adapt future itineraries and budgets accordingly.
