We are looking for an experiential designer with background in the festival or entertainment space to join experience operations across North America | (Europe/ME). This role is perfect for someone who follows event trends, loves brainstorming, solves logistical problems creatively, enjoys researching destinations, works well with others and knows how to get things done. We are on the hunt for a person who loves learning about cultures and destinations, designing unique experiences, but who also has a strong operational background.
We are gearing up to produce 50+ experiences in 2022 and anticipate doubling that volume next year. We need someone who is hungry to help us design and deliver next-level experiences.
Your experience working across multiple cities and destinations, simultaneously managing a varied calendar of experiences, working with destination partners, collaborating with internal global teams, strengthening ties with a multitude of vendors and understanding the intricacies of high level production and logistics will be vital in ensuring Pollen is established as the go-to platform for delivering experiences like no others.
