    • ERP Platform StrategyDefine the long-term Dynamics 365 roadmap, balancing out-of-the-box functionality with custom development. Manage upgrade cycles, integrations with adjacent systems, and data architecture decisions.

    • Continuous ImprovementDrive iterative improvement across the product, processes, and the team. Establish feedback loops, retrospectives, and data-driven practices that keep the ERP landscape evolving with the business.

What we're looking for:

    • Leadership & MentorshipDemonstrated ability to lead, coach, and grow Product Managers. Track record of building high-performing product teams.

    • Strategic & Data-Driven MindsetAbility to define product vision across complex, cross-functional domains. Comfortable leveraging qualitative and quantitative data to prioritise and measure impact.

    • Stakeholder ManagementProven experience aligning senior business stakeholders around shared priorities and trade-offs.
