We are looking for an ambitious Product Marketing Manager to join our growing B2B Marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Marketing, you will work hand-in-hand with our sales team, consumer brand and product marketing team, medical and research team, as you build out Flo’s B2B products including webinars, lunch & learns, newsletters, and communication roadmap. You will be at the forefront of the market trends and demand, while adapting our messaging to be highly relevant with our customers and ensuring alignment with our consumer brand messaging.

You will help ensure our customer needs are addressed, drive tactics for conversion and awareness, as well as push for program optimization. You will be responsible for defining the positioning and messaging for our products, and help bring them to market. 

You are a fast-learner with a strategic, data-driven mindset who is organized and highly comfortable with managing multiple  projects.  You are also a strong team player, who has a great track record of building strong partnerships with your stakeholders, with the ability to negotiate and influence them by bringing the voice of the Flo B2B customer at the heart of what we do. Comfortable operating in a fast-moving and data driven environment, you’ll be a key player contributing to the growth of the company.

What you will be doing:

  • Develop a strong understanding of our B2B customers, their problems and needs; as well as the wider industry and competitor landscape.
  • Develop clear positioning, messaging, and monetization of current and future offerings and communicate value propositions that resonate with our target customer. 
  • Create and optimize B2B assets and collateral including sales materials, templates, white papers, event, and webinar support materials.
  • Optimize marketing material effectiveness based on customer insights and data analysis.
  • Develop a full funnel Customer marketing roadmap and communications playbook.
  • Partner with the Sales team to understand our customers’ needs and advocate for our customers at every stage of the sales process with marketing support.
  • Ensure B2B communications are aligned with brand strategy at all touchpoints.
  • Develop annual communications calendar and key integrated marketing campaigns for successful go-to-market plans.
  • Support the total B2B Marketing team with wider projects and initiatives.

What we’re looking for:

  • 6 years product marketing experience, ideally in global tech and/or app-first businesses
  • You understand the importance of business metrics and customer insights
  • You can bridge quantitative and qualitative insights, and leverage these into product communication to build effective messaging
  • You have excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • You are super organized and can stay on top of multiple fast moving projects
  • You are a team player and display empathy and passion
  • You have a diligent attention to detail, strong technical and numerical intuition
  • You demonstrate self-motivation, independent initiative and creative problem-solving
  • You have a passion for female health
