About the Job:
The Product Manager III, Enterprise will be primarily responsible for overseeing the delivery and success of a new solution aimed at a new user segment. This role involves collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, prospects, and other product managers at EasyPost to define the necessary product requirements for successfully bringing this solution to market. The Product Manager III will drive the product through its lifecycle, ensuring it meets market needs and achieves its business objectives.
What you will do:
o Build, evangelize, and execute a shared vision & strategy for enterprise shipper experiences
o Perform market assessments to keep abreast of the latest in the industry inorder to benchmark and identify gaps. o Understand internal and external stakeholder needs, discover user pain points, and translate into detailed and actionable product requirements
o Drive product development with multiple teams of world-class engineers,designers, and program managers.
o Identify cross-ownership with partner teams and drive cross-org product efforts
o Define and analyze metrics to measure progress towards success.
About You:
o Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or software engineering background required
o 5+ years of related experience, master’s degree and 3+ years of related experience, or equivalent related work experience.
o Experience defining vision and strategy for a technical product
o Experience going through a full product cycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements and driving prioritization
o 3+ years of experience as a software developer or having developers as customers
o Experience working with APIs, SDKs, developer experience, and white label experiences
o Experience driving impact through cross-functional leadership
o Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
o Get-stuff-done attitude, great positive energy, and thrive in a fast paced environment
o Influential communication skills.
