In this role you will be responsible for scaling and managing the Product Operations team.The product operations team is responsible for stakeholder feedback and communications, product metrics, and market intelligence.You will own and manage the processes and tools in each of these pillars.You will be responsible for the organizational adoption of those process and tools to maximize value. This role will report to the CPO.

What You Will Do

  • Scale and Manage the Product Operations team, tools, and processes that include stakeholder feedback and communication, product metrics, and market intelligence areas.
  • Own the vendor relationships with vendors including Productboard, Pendo and Klue and help drive appropriate adoption throughout the organization
  • Work with product to streamline communications to and from stake holders and work across the organization to drive visibility to roadmap
  • Manage the feedback channels to and processes to ensure visibility to feedback across the organization
  • Work with marketing, sales enablement, and product to help streamline input market intelligence and competitive analysis
  • Understand personas and sales activities that drive the business
  • Manage the creation of market and competitive intel to give unified understanding across the organization
  • Work with the product team to determine product KPIs to help measure adoption
  • Continuously assess and improve core processes, deliverables and toolsets
  • Promote a culture of autonomy, transparency, and teamwork

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product or operations experience
  • Successful track record as an Operational Leader in a SaaS environment
  • Successful track record scaling teams and developing career paths
  • Demonstrated experience in leading complex, cross-functional operational initiatives and driving change across a global organization
  • Highly analytical and efficient in root cause analysis and productivity metrics.
  • Ability to work with distributed cross-functional teams
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical individuals
  • Bachelors degree in management, business, computer science or other equivalent.
