Vimeo is looking for a passionate and seasoned Product Marketing & Enablement Director to help support & grow our partnerships efforts.

Vimeo partners with leading platforms like Asana, Figma and Google to bring the power of video to consumers and businesses alike. This collaborative role will partner closely with sales, business development and partner teams and will focus on leading go-to-market enablement strategies to maximize through-partner revenue impact from existing and new partners. A successful candidate has experience leading enablement strategies, managing highly complex projects and leading cross-functional initiatives.

This role will report to the Sr Director of GTM Enablement within Vimeo’s Product Marketing organization.

What you’ll do:

  • Work collaboratively with sales, business development and core PMM to develop enablement programs to increase through-partner revenue and productivity
  • Shape the plan on how we roll out these enablement programs and manage the cross-functional execution of the plan
  • Develop partner-specific sales materials to support launches and ongoing enablement initiatives. Work with BD to evangelize this messaging with key partners.
  • Lead Sales Enablement efforts internally and externally to ensure sales and partner teams can effectively speak about the Partner & Vimeo value proposition
  • Develop metrics and reporting to demonstrate effectiveness and ROI for key partnership enablement programs
  • Work collaboratively with sales, business development and core PMM to develop enablement levers to increase through-partner revenue and productivity
  • Help inform future partnership roadmap based on sales, customer and co-partnership learnings 
  • Travel to Vimeo’s New York HQ (if not already based in NY) to meet with the team quarterly, as well as the option to travel to partner events (COVID-19 permitting)

Skills and knowledge you should possess:

  • 7+ years of Partnership / Sales Enablement or Product Marketing experience at a B2B or enterprise SaaS company
  • Experience working with varying partners, both internal and external, and strong client management skills
  • Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with partners, sales and BD on driving growth through product marketing & enablement initiatives
  • Proven self-starter with a bias for action, who can both execute and strategize, and who is comfortable with ambiguity
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation and communication skills
  • Insane attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and toggle between long-term strategies and short-term tasks effortlessly
  • Accustomed to driving results in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Bonus points if you are familiar with SFDC, Gong & Slack systems.
