Founded by David Ebersman, former CFO of Facebook and Genentech, Lyra has raised more than $900 million.

About the Role
Lyra Health is seeking a dynamic and strategic Director, Product Marketing, GTM & Insights to join our growing team. The Director will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the GTM strategy and will be the bridge between our marketing, sales, and customer success organizations with a high degree of influence on the growth and success of Lyra. Reporting to the VP of Product Marketing, the Director will lead a team of highly skilled product marketing and research professionals who collectively work to understand the market and position Lyra’s products and roadmap most effectively. The likely best fit is a B2B marketer who has experience working with salespeople to build crisp, compelling assets that will move buyers (in this case benefits leaders) along the buying journey. Perhaps most importantly, this person will be at the center of bringing Lyra’s story to life in a compelling, effective way!

Key Responsibilities:

GTM Strategy

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy that aligns with Lyra Health's business goals and targets key customer segments and vertical-specific opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement marketing and sales programs and initiatives that drive brand awareness, demand generation, and customer engagement.
  • Define and monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness of GTM efforts, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Build, mentor, and lead a team of product marketing and research professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them achieve their career goals and maximize their potential.
  • Establish and communicate clear objectives and expectations for the team.

Customer Insights and Research:

  • Support and lead efforts to gather and analyze market research, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to inform product marketing strategies and maintain executive visibility into trends. Building a steady pipeline of actionable insights is key to our success.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, pain points, and behaviors to drive product positioning and messaging. For targeted industries, develop vertical-specific strategies and deliverables to tailor our message.
  • Utilize customer insights to identify opportunities for product and service improvements.

Creating Opportunities:

  • Constantly be on the lookout for data points, stories, momentum, customer value, and other ingredients across marketing, product, and customer success that can be turned into assets to help tell the story of Lyra to our prospects and customers.
  • Bring a level of creativity, energy, and efficiency to how we market Lyra, with an eye toward maximizing content and creating programmatic, turnkey deliverables that our sellers can use efficiently.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team (aka the Partnerships team at Lyra) to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives, providing them with the tools and resources needed to succeed in the field.
  • Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders including Product Management, Sales Enablement, and other parts of Marketing, to ensure the effective launch and promotion of Lyra Health solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (10+ years) in product marketing, GTM, field marketing, or related roles, preferably in the healthcare or technology industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of developing and mentoring high-performing teams.
  • Ability to create simplicity from complex issues. You can help convert open-ended goals into structured plans and deliverables. Everywhere you go, you provide clarity of words and ideas.
  • You are a creator of energy – you have a clear-eyed perspective on reality but bring positive energy to the team to meet our goals and have fun doing it.
  • Scrappy. You are comfortable questioning the standard way of doing things and finding ways to do it better. You are never afraid to roll up your sleeves
  • Pace – you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age (40 or older), disability, genetic information or any other category protected by law.
