We started serving our users in 2012, and are today one of the leading no-code platforms in the world. Bubble has thrived for many years without a formal marketing function, mostly due to a robust and loyal community of prosumers and individuals that are fanatical about the product. We’re now aggressively scaling, have recently closed a $100m-series A, and are looking for a passionate, hands-on Director of Product Marketing to build out a  world-class function. This person will report directly to the VP of Marketing. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing product marketing team
  • Ensure our product positioning and messaging differentiates Bubble’s product and resonates with our target customers
  • Partner closely with engineering, product, sales, partners, and support teams to build and execute a winning GTM strategy that drives adoption and growth
  • Perform qualitative and quantitative research to become an authority on our customers, competition, and product capabilities
  • Plan the launch of new product releases and lead cross-functional execution against that plan
  • Understand Bubble customers  and their connection with the product to drive meaningful new product/feature adoption + greater engagement
  • Partner with Bubble’s data team to generate break-through quantitative, qualitative, and competitive insights
  • Partner with brand and growth marketing on outbound marketing and advertising strategies and programs to drive customer awareness, adoption and long term engagement

We’re looking for:

  • 6+ years of relevant product marketing experience at fast growing, B2B SaaS technology companies.
  • 3+ years of relevant team management experience
  • Expertise in creating compelling positioning, messaging, and thought leadership content
  • Experience driving GTM strategy, product launches and consumer campaigns
  • Strong ability for crafting business cases after segmenting the right customer demographic groups
  • Ability to partner well with Sales and Product teams to identify and package compelling real-world customer stories for use in sales and marketing materials
  • High energy, confidence, and creativity, balanced with an ability to successfully drive projects to completion with a strong attention to detail and a willingness to do whatever it takes from an execution perspective
  • Extraordinary written and public speaking skills, with the ability to craft and deliver inspirational stories to diverse audiences of all sizes
  • A collaborative mindset and track record of managing cross-functional teams to drive strong execution
  • Prior experience with low code/no code is preferred
  • Experience launching products in new markets is preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Social Sciences or other related discipline
