As Causal enters its next phase of growth, marketing is going to be crucial to letting us scale. We're looking for an experienced product marketer to lead and build out the function from the ground up.
As our first marketing hire, you'll work directly with me and play a significant role in setting the direction of Causal's company and culture. If this sounds exciting, then I'd love to chat!

You will
- Own and optimise our marketing site (messaging + funnel) to drive MQLs and user signups
- Build and own our content strategy, feeding into sales, product, and customer success.
- Manage all our outbound communications (e.g. product updates, email campaigns) to customers
- Position and differentiate Causal in the FP&A category, and use this to enable the sales team to win competitive deals
- Plan and manage our events and programmes (e.g. webinars, referral schemes) to drive inbound
You'll ideally
- Have 3+ years experience in Product Marketing at high growth tech startups
- Have some experience in growth marketing/demand generation
- Have exceptional written communication skills and aesthetic taste
- Think analytically and be metrics-driven
- Be comfortable figuring things out in an unstructured environment
- Be savvy with tech tools and systems

We're building a new way to think and work with numbers. Causal is a tool for performing calculations, visualising data, and communicating with numbers. We take the good parts of spreadsheets and combine them with the good parts of programming, to make number-crunching fast, collaborative, and accessible to everyone. We are well-funded by some great VCs (Accel, Coatue, Passion Capital) and angel investors (Naval Ravikant, Scott Belsky, and many more) across the US and Europe.
We are a globally distributed team working remotely with members of our team on both sides of the Atlantic. We do have a presence in London and NYC.
