What You'll Do:

  • Work closely with product, growth, and brand marketing teams to lead product marketing strategy and execution for a high growth, direct to consumer health-tech business.
  • Champion the voice of the customer to prioritize products and solutions to best address consumers' healthcare needs.
  • Lead identification of the right segmentation, positioning, messaging, and adoption tactics for new and existing products and features Create sustainable processes to scale the Product Marketing team’s impact across the company.
  • Bring strong, performant product storytelling to life throughout every step of the customer journey.
  • Help drive campaigns and experimentation cross-functionally in close partnership with Product, Growth, and Brand Marketing leaders to scale our existing products.
  • Define and execute against strategies in key adjacent marketing verticals - e.g., CRM, lifecycle marketing.

What You Have:

  • 5 years experience in marketing or product; 2 of those years in product marketing specifically.
  • Significant experience working in tech product marketing, driving adoption for B2C products.
  • A global mindset and collaborative approach; equally comfortable working cross-functionally with member experience, product managers, engineering, analytics and finance and teams ranging from finance to analytics.
  • Passion for working in a rapidly growing business with curiosity, humility, humor, and professionalism.
  • Ability to manage a team and get results from both creative and analytical contributors, scaling as the company grows.
  • Balanced leadership style – a high level of intellectual agility and capacity for original thought, ability to set a clear vision, and the willingness to be hands-on and lead by example.
  • Excellent organization and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
