GoDaddy powers the world's largest platform dedicated to Web Designers and Developers (WDDs) who provide their clients with marketing services, including website building and maintenance. We are seeking a leader to steer our product strategy, customer experience, and implementation of all security capabilities and products at GoDaddy. This individual will be instrumental in crafting customer value for both Small-Medium Businesses (SMBs) and WDDs, encouraging growth for GoDaddy. Reporting directly into our Vice President of Product within the WDD business unit, this role is accountable for crafting the future of our security products portfolio, leading all aspects of day-to-day operations, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and customer care to drive product planning and execution.

What you'll get to do...

• Craft a compelling product vision, strategy, and implementation plans for web presence security across GoDaddy and Sucuri brands
• Prioritize customer success by defining key product metrics and guiding product teams toward impactful outcomes
• Build the product roadmap, ensuring alignment of objectives and key results, across Engineering, UX, Product Marketing, and Go-to-Market functions
• Cultivate and mentor a strong team of product managers
• Identify new growth opportunities, streamline testing processes, and align with product, customer and business goals

Your experience should include...

• A minimum of 8 years of Product Management experience in internet/security software, with a B2B2C focus
• Proven track record in generating growth, encouraging innovation, and leading diverse teams
• Expertise in security technology, product development, and market analysis
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with varied teams and influence senior partners
• Proficiency in SaaS economics and agile product development methodologies
• Data-driven approach with familiarity in data science and AI applications
• Proven success in orchestrating company initiatives and delivering impactful solutions
• Ability to prioritize and translate overarching goals into actionable plans
