Director of Product Management - Embedded Agreements

We are seeking a Director of Product Management to lead PandaDoc's Embedded Agreements portfolio, encompassing our core eSignature business (including Notary services), and the emerging opportunity in APIs. You’ll need to effectively balance these two critical priorities, expanding the addressable market of our core eSignature business, while investing in the next wave of growth by enabling truly embeddable agreements. You’ll be responsible for transforming PandaDoc into an API-first organization and  building out our developer platform. 

The role requires strong product leadership combined with a deep technical background to help define, evangelize, and realize the strategy. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on product leadership, requiring both vision-setting and operational excellence to drive business results.

In this role, you will:

• Own and develop the comprehensive vision, strategy, and execution roadmap for the Embedded Agreements portfolio, including eSignature, Notary, and API products
• Understand embedded agreement use cases, as well as developer needs, to craft a winning strategy to unlock API growth. 
• Manage and develop a high-performing team of distributed PMs, providing coaching while driving accountability to results
• Leverage influential leadership to drive buy-in and alignment across multiple teams and organizations.
• Work closely with Engineering to define our API architecture, champion internal adoption of processes, and create exceptional developer experiences.

About You

• 8+ years of product management experience with SaaS products, ideally in B2B
• 3+ years of experience managing product managers. You are a proactive leader for the team that stays kind and curious. People love working with you.
• Experience developing, launching, and scaling platform products with public APIs, SDKs, or toolkits 
• Hands-on experience with developer programs and communities
• Influential leader who can drive internal excitement around a compelling vision
• Embraces ambiguity, prioritizes efficiently, communicates early and directly, and ultimately gets the job done.
• Can work independently 
• Able to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
• Fluent English (verbal and written, C1+)

Benefits:

The compensation range for this position is $250k - $300k USD plus equity.
