What You Get to Do

This is a unique role that involves leading all of our 0 → 1 product offerings in the compensation space at Lattice, helping companies and managers to recognize and equitably reward their employees for their work. You’ll lead a team of product managers, work closely with your engineering and design partners, as well as go-to-market teams, to deliver new products, feature enhancements and strategic initiatives. This position is remote eligible and is an excellent opportunity if you thrive working on highly impactful and visible products.

• Lead a team of high performing product managers to coach, mentor, and grow them
• Launch a series of 0-to-1 products to grow Lattice’s tools in the compensation space
• Define and articulate an overarching product vision and strategy to guide and inspire your teams
• Deeply understand customer feedback and pain-points to inform your product strategy
• Lead the prioritization and development of your product's roadmap to deliver value to our customers and the business
• Partner with GTM teams to bring new releases to market
• Own business outcomes and define product KPIs to track the success of the product area

What You Bring

You are a seasoned product leader who has who has a combination of the following:

• 10+ years of product management experience, ideally working on products within the B2B SaaS space, with a track record of launching 0-to-1 products and scaling them
• 5+ years of people management experience
• Excellent communication skills, able to act as an ambassador for Lattice’s product vision to both internal partners and external customers
• High focus on shipping products, and is able to make trade-offs that require prioritizing different competing demands
• Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently
• A high degree of empathy towards Lattice’s customers and your own teammates
