Work Arrangement: Hybrid, Boston-based

Responsibilities: 

• Lead end-to-end design that fuels user growth, increases revenue and optimizes insurance comparison experience. 
• Partner with product, engineering and marketing to ensure seamless integration of design into the business objectives. 
• Oversee and mentor a team of product designers fostering a culture of innovation, data-informed creativity and user-centered design. 
• Experiment with data-driven design approaches to optimize conversion and maximize customer lifetime value
• Leverage user research, AB testing and behavioral analytics to iterate on product features
• Monitor design impact on growth, revenue and the business
• Own design roadmap and collaborate with product and engineering leaders to meet company goals and targets

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product design experience with 5+ years in leadership roles, strong background in growth and revenue-focused design.
• Mastery of design tools like Figma, Sketch, prototyping platforms
• Deep understanding of conversion funnel optimization
• Proven track record of A/B testing and iterative design processes
