The Director of B2B Product Marketing is a key member of our go-to-market leadership teams. In this high-impact role, you’ll guide a team of product marketers and cross functional partners responsible for representing the voice of the customer, lead our positioning, and influence product strategy through customer and market insights. You’ll partner closely with Product to set priorities for future Glassdoor products. And, you'll work with Marketing and Sales executives and partner brands to guide our go-to-market strategy globally.

This is a great fit for someone who is motivated to influence strategy, who excels in forging strong cross-functional partnerships, and who loves to roll up their sleeves and make things happen to help our clients use transparency to power successful talent attraction and retention.

The role reports to the VP Marketing and is flexible based on location.

Compensation circa dependent on experience: $172,600.00- $259,000.00

What You'll Do:

  • Lead a team, and partner with Glassdoor's creative and content directors to build your strategy.
  • Develop deep expertise in the recruiting market and with Glassdoor’s clients
  • Collaborate with Product and GTM executives to influence product development roadmap and go-to-market strategy, applying market and customer expertise.
  • Strengthen Glassdoor’s positioning, employer segmentation, and marketing content development.
  • Guide marketing strategy based on customer insight and market opportunity.
  • Help us build robust and mutually-beneficial GTM partnerships with members of the Recruit family.
  • Represent the voice of the customer throughout the organization.

What You'll Bring:

  • 8+ years proven experience in product marketing, brand management, or strategy consulting. We are looking for leaders with strong critical thinking ability and thoughtful business judgment
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, storytelling ability, and executive presence

  • Proven track record building customer empathy and applying go-to-market strategy to achieve meaningful business outcomes
