As a Digital Product Manager, you will help our clients develop and execute their product strategy. As part of your responsibilities, you will work closely with the other product owners, client leadership, and the Razorfish leadership team to shape the direction and methodology used for capturing and managing requirements.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Work with small and medium sized projects independently and with minimal oversight.
  • Write high quality user stories and specifications and be comfortable working with and presenting to mid- to senior- level clients.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to ensure product success is data-driven.
  • Articulate and communicate the customer benefit the product or new functionality provides, be able to articulate the specific customer problems it’s solving, and be able to tie product metrics to business goals in a compelling way.
  • Determine benchmarks for product success metrics using a thorough understanding of product data (i.e., client data such as adobe analytics, google analytics, etc.).
  • Prioritize features based on business and customer value
  • Define and align feature roadmap and create feature backlog
  • Write requirements and user stories and define acceptance criteria
  • Conduct demos during delivery sprints
  • Facilitate user testing during UAT
  • Facilitate user training for delivery and load puller app
  • Defect analysis and fix validation during support phase
  • 3-5 years of prior operational and strategic product management experience, preferably in an agency or consulting environment
  • Experience with capturing and writing requirements as well as documenting user scenarios, user flows, logic flows, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria in an agile fashion
  • Business strategy experience, digital preferred
  • Prior experience collaborating with creative, UX and content teams to drive final requirements as well as working with offshore development teams to support implementation
  • Ability to clearly articulate the product or feature that you have managed, demonstrate experience in prioritizing features, and explain the value model behind it
  • Drive product conversations by talking about roadmap, vision, goals, or the objective of a product
  • Prior experience in preparing backlog, writing user stories, and working with cross functional teams
  • Experience with Agile software development and tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
  • Highly collaborative work style with strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Prior experience presenting to clients and participating in client stakeholder discussions with an ability to drive low-level detail discussions and guide clients in re-imagining their business processes
  • Ability to quickly understand business, evaluate priorities and assess value for business functionality
  • Proven experience in the practice of product management (you have shipped) as well as experience working with multi-disciplinary (product owners, business users, technology, creative, etc.) and cross-functional teams
  • High degree of professional maturity with a passion for product managementand a desire to learn and grow within the craft
