? Your mission
The Education team helps customers and partners master the Pennylane app with a variety of content formats and learning methods. We are currently building an extensive library of self-service content and we are looking for a new team member to own the digital content production. You will be the creative geek within the team and will work closely with our experts, instructional designers and content managers. You will own the creation of engaging content with compelling visuals, video storytelling, and infographics.
Missions:
Video (post)production
- Manage video creation with experts from the Partners and Customer Success teams
- Ensure post production to deliver ready-to-upload content with impeccable quality
- Propose ways to enhance content impact with light motion design
- Review and update video content after major product updates
Web design
- Design and produce visual assets, in line with Pennylane brand, for education purposes (banners, infographics, thumbnail, illustrations)
- Suggest innovative formats to engage Pennylane users with education content
Digital tools management & analytics
- Upload visual content to the right tool (Help Centre, YouTube, LMS, website etc)
- Ensure digital content (articles, macros, videos) is up to date
- Collect feedback from end users to always improve content quality and impact
- Monitor education content usage and communicate internally

Competences
-> Training in media production, communication, digital management
-> Experience with Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator, Figma and other graphic design tools
-> You are autonomous, proactive, and organised
-> Rigorous mind, able to work with tight deadlines without compromising quality
-> Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment
-> Creative mind, eager to work in a team
