We're looking for a developer advocate specializing in technical writing to join our developer relations team in the Tallinn office. In this role, you’ll get to work with our awesome developer relations specialists on various initiatives to support the growth of Pipedrive's ecosystem.

Your new adventure:

  • Develop new engaging content for Pipedrive’s Developers’ Corner and its educational resources (such as documentation, tutorials, guides or code snippets/example) to ensure the best integration development practices
  • Maintain and improve the content, user experience and the platform of the developer’s educational materials 
  • Improve content discovery and optimize the performance
  • Collaborate with the developer relations team on various development enablement initiatives to drive world-class developer experience for creating excellent integration solutions with Pipedrive
  • Collaborate with product management, partnership managers, developers, and marketing teams to create usable, accurate, clear, and up-to-date technical product documentation.
  • Advocate for the interests of the developers and technology partners internally and externally

Does this sound like you?

  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
  • Experience with creating content tailored to technical audiences (developers and as well as business stakeholders) as well as less technical audiences 
  • Experience with creating video content and webinars is a plus
  • An eye for detail
  • Proficiency in GitHub and content management systems
  • Experience with programming, APIs, HTML, CSS and Markdown
  • Familiarity with UI/UX design
  • A strong portfolio showcasing relevant writing samples, preferably including some technical content
  • The ability to work both independently and in a team
  • The ability to manage and prioritize your work
  • Openness to learn and experiment
