We’re hiring a Design Researcher to help design the future of automation at Tines. As part of our design team you will collaborate closely with other designers, our Customer Success team and Engineering to identify opportunities to continuously improve our product and delight our customers.As an early team member you will have the opportunity to have an influential voice in shaping our product and company culture.You can work fully remotely from anywhere in Ireland, and also make use of our office space in Dublin as much as you want.

What you will be doing
- Lead research efforts to deepen our understanding of our customers and inform product strategy.
- Collaborate with leadership to determine how to best leverage research at Tines.
- Elevate the perspective of our product team
- Foster a team culture of involvement in user research.
- Democratise research beyond the product team.
- Play a pivotal role in building research as a core competency of our product development process.
- Help define both long-term strategy and short-term tactics.
- Collaborate with Data & Analytics team to better understand user behavior and needs.
- You use a variety of research methods including qualitative interviews, surveys, workshops and usability testing.
- Can lead impactful research initiatives in a fast paced early stage product.
- Hands on from planning, recruiting, analysis and insight delivery.
- Make sure the right research questions are asked
- Be the voice of the customer continuously advocating for our users
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You can tell a compelling story and are skilled in articulating your work, process and decisions to stakeholders.
