As a Researcher for a new Dropbox Product, youwill partner with cross functional team members toidentify and understand new problem spaces and craft experiences that create a more enlightened way of working. You’ll have the opportunity to influence product direction and address unmet customer needs in this exciting, fast-paced, and outcome-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
Identify research needs in partnership with product teams for a 0→ 1 Product
Design, plan, and execute research that impacts product team immediate roadmaps and longer term strategies
Implement multi-method research studies that incorporate both qual and quant methodologies
Adapt research process and practices to the growing needs of the organization
Advocate and guide strategy for design and product direction
Collaborate closely with researchers, PMs, Design, Data Science, and Marketing to evaluate experiences, understand user needs, and uncover product opportunities
Socialize research within the organization and across the company in innovative and engaging ways
Requirements
4+ years of UX-related work experience
Deep experience with mixed methods applied across the product development process
Experience working in B2B and/or B2C environment
Demonstrated skills for collaborating closely with other researchers, designers, product managers and engineers
Clear, compelling presentation and communication style
Experience driving and supporting rapid research in a scrappy 0→1 environment
