As a member of ourResearch & Insights team, youwill partner with a cross functional team tocreatea simple, easy to use, and best-in-class experience for our users across the Dropbox family of products, while identifying new areas of opportunity to create a more enlightened way of working. You’ll have the opportunity to influence product direction and address unmet customer needs in this exciting role.
Identify research needs in partnership with product teams
Design, plan, and execute research that impacts product team immediate roadmaps and longer term strategies
Implement multi-method research studies that incorporate both qual and quant methodologies
Adapt research process and practices to the growing needs of the organization
Advocate and guide strategy for design and product direction
Collaborate closely with UX research, product management, design, data cience, and marketing to evaluate user experiences
Understand user needs and uncover product opportunities
Socialize research in innovative and engaging ways
6+ years of UX-related work experience
Broad experience with a wide variety of research methods applied across the product development process
Demonstrated skills for collaborating closely with other researchers, designers, product managers and engineers
Clear, compelling presentation and communication style
Experience driving and supporting rapid research in a scrappy environment
