  • Identify operational problems and bring innovative solutions to our tooling, systems & processes
  • Build processes and playbooks that can be refined, tailored, and optimized based on the needs of the team and business across the design lifecycle. Ensuring design teams have the resources and inputs needed to do excellent work.
  • Keep a close pulse on the health of the design team, enabling effective communication, and providing concrete next steps to improve.
  • Create clear & well-structured documentation with roll-outs and process improvements
  • Establish strong relationships with internal/external teams while leading multiple work-streams with competing priorities.

  • Experience in defining scope for digital deliverables, communicating requirements and dependencies, and proactively identifying project roadblocks.
  • Experience helping design teams take customer feedback from various sources and integrate into product design improvements.

  • Ability to use data and metrics to measure the performance of design efforts, determine improvements and innovations, and to support project requests from partner teams.
