Printify will use this investment to further expand its marketplace and to hire the best talents available around the world.

At the Printify Design team, we create and improve the user experience by solving ugly problems with elegant solutions. Design is a process - a way of thinking, not just an output. We use a special toolbox of methods to achieve magical results.

The Design Operations team is responsible for managing, leading, and improving our ways of working and removing inefficiencies for our design team. Your mission will be to ‘Make designing easier’ by enabling our team to spend more time creating brilliant experiences and less time working out how. 

You will achieve this by identifying existing barriers and equipping our team with the tools, processes, systems, services, and guidance documentation to deliver brilliant design at scale consistently. You will report to our Head of Design and partner with Product Design, Marketing Design, Research, and Article visuals design leads to drive forward our ambition to grow and scale user-centered design at Printify. You will also closely work with the Engineering manager of Design systems and the Design System team as acting PM. 

This is a highly cross-functional role that requires collaboration, organization, and interpersonal skills to improve team cohesion, increase efficiency, build a balanced operational framework, and scale the design’s impact at Printify.
