What will be your role
Join the PayFit adventure in our awesome Design chapter! We also want to leverage continuously our level of excellence in design and customer-centricity, and we want to do so healthily.
With a design team of more than 30 amazing talents, growing in an international product organization with more than 300 players (product managers, product builders, engineers, designers, etc.), we need to set in place powerful Design operations.

As a Design Ops apprentice joining PayFit, you will contribute to bring our Design Chapter to the next level.
You will be responsible for :
- Supporting Design Leaders on large-scale strategy and change management projects
- managing your own set of projects oriented towards team communication, process & tool improvement, and knowledge transfer
- collaborating with Designers to support their ad hoc requests
- monitoring and assisting with KPI definition and data visualization
This job has been tailored for you if
You meet the following requirements :
- Currently in M1/M2 at a French university digital design (Product design, web design, UX design, interaction design, etc.), you are attracted by the start-up universe.
- You have strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Located in Paris with possibilities to enjoy our WFA policy
- You’re a team player with strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
- You want to work in a dynamic environment with autonomy
- Speak French and English fluently
- Working remotely does not scare you, and video conferencing is no secret to you.
We would be even more impressed if :
- You are passionate about Design and Product methodologies
- You have an online portfolio, or PDF that you can share with us and have some projects that you can tell us about.
- You are familiar with tools such as Figma, Notion, Miro
- You are curious, eager to learn and have an innovative spirit
Hiring process
1. Discovery interview with Eleonore, our Talent Acquisition Specialist ( 30’)
2. Portfolio presentation + Interview with Damien, our Design Ops Manager, who will be your Manager (45 mins)
3. Last interview with members of the Design team (30 mins)
