Design Operations Manager

We're looking for a Design Operations Manager to join the product team and amplify design's value and impact across the team.

About the role

You'll be part of the product design team, improving the quality and impact of design across our products. Your knowledge of design practices and product development methodologies make you a critical part of how we build our products from concept to delivery.

You'll be

• partnering with product managers and leadership to improve and maintain efficient and scalable workflows.
• identifying issues and needs in regards to process, tools, documentation within the team.
• managing the everyday communication of the team including design reviews, design processes/sprints, onboarding and events.
• involved in decisions made to grow and evolve the team, contributing to finding and hiring people with the right skills.

You are

• a fan of music and culture.
• organised and a system thinker with a passion for streamlining processes and tools.
• an excellent communicator
• empathic and eager to collaborate with others to reach your goal.
• a person who takes pride in helping others achieve their best work, identifying and removing blockers along the way.

You’ll need

• several years of experience working in a product/software development where you collaborated with product/research and design.
• a proven track record of initiatives you worked on that had a positive impact on team and design output.
• an exceptional understanding of the end-to-end design process
