At Atlassian, Design managers are comfortable wearing many different hats – they’re a coach, a mentor, a partner to spar work with as well as a sounding board when things get tough. They also work with product and engineering to create and define product strategy. Design managers are also directly accountable for the user experience and are the leading voice of the customer.

About the team

In Product Growth, we understand that collaboration is a journey that spans workflows inside and outside of our Ecosystem. We have teams structured around that journey. Off-Atlassian, we are looking to understand how our products help to empower teams in the tools they spend the majority of their time. On-Atlassian, we are looking to understand how we can turbo charge workflows and support teams working together. Whether that be through collaboration loops, helping Admins manage access requests, or incubating experiences for 3rd party integrations with our product suite. The Team Expansion team empowers all users to seamlessly collaborate with their teammates across Atlassian products and their favourite tools.
