Design Manager (f/m/x)

• Lead Elli’s horizontal design team including UX research, design systems, graphic design, brand
• design, UX writing, etc.
• Enable the respective designers to grow their respective functions tactically and strategically.
• Be the leader the team deserves to be successful as a team while still focussing on the success
• of the individual designers.
• Work closely with your peers from engineering, product, marketing, etc.
• Be an advocate for your area across teams and champion relevant initiatives.

• Bachelor of science or similar design related degree.
• Strong experience as a UX/UI designer for software and hardware products.
• Min. 3 years experience in the e-mobility space across B2C and B2B.
• Experience creating white label design solutions for use by mutliple other brands.
• Has worked with multiple brands on jointly finding scalable cross-brand solutions.
• Has experience leading brand design creation including values, tone of voice, etc.
• Experience in succesfully leading design sprints.
• Experience in applying design thinking methods for achieving strategic goals.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Technical knowledge is a plus.
• International experience is a plus.
