We're building the products and practices that empower customers to work across org chart boundaries, collaborate on plans for big picture initiatives, and stay aligned on goals and objectives.
As an Experience Design Manager, your mission will be to deliver high-quality end-to-end experiences our customers love. In this role, you'll focus on integrating 1st and 3rd party developer tools (Eg. Bitbucket, Github, and Synk) with Compass and building exciting new capabilities that bring meaning to the vast quantity of development data.
What You'll Do
- Reporting to the Head of Design for Agile and DevOps, you'll lead design for one of the newest tools in the Atlassian product suite.
- Manage a team of product and content designers, helping them to do the best work of their lives and
- Help establish team process and norms while scaling the platform to meet growing customer needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across Atlassian to build new developer focussed products.
Your Background
- At least 3 years leading and managing a team across multiple work streams, with a genuine passion for developing and growing others
- Facilitation, communication, and collaboration skills with stakeholders across organizations
- A high degree of empathy for the people who experience your work
- History of shipping simple, beautiful software experiences
