At Asana, we are committed to making our product useful, enjoyable, and delightful for everyone. Accessibility is part of our core mission and we’re looking for a design lead and manager to drive our company-wide efforts. In this role your work will be critical in advancing our accessibility roadmap, partnering closely with engineers, product managers, and others. You’ll also drive adoption of accessibility frameworks across our product and establish programs and processes that foster inclusive culture. Your work will touch every part of our company as our team is committed towards shipping an accessible and inclusive product for all of our users.
This role is perfect for design leaders who live to make products inclusive for everyone. We are looking for someone who has a heart for the customer, a passion for product excellence, and champions accessibility. Someone who can learn fast, understand which details matter, and guide their team to craft high-quality experiences for everyone. Above all, an excellent people manager who can coach the designers on their team to do their best work.
You will be a part of the Asana Design leadership team, and you will have the opportunity to pave the way for innovation for the larger Asana design team in not only what we make but also how we make it.
