Design Lead (UI/UX) - Wallet job at Binance

Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and direction for the design function
Formulate, implement and improve upon design processes for rapid development and iteration of design supporting Binance's wide ecosystem of products
Provide expertise and strategy, implement design thinking methodologies to support simple, globally attractive design worthy of the no.1 cryptocurrency exchange in the world.
Collaborate and coordinate with other stakeholders such as Product Managers and Front end Development to successfully complete product development projects
Build and expand the design function including hiring new members and specialising in areas such as UI Design, UX Design, UX Research, UX Content Strategy
Manage the team members (currently 3+) to achieve success

Requirements:

Minimum of 5+ years' experience of working on a UI/UX Design, 2 years leading and directing a team
A solid understanding of Design Thinking methodologies
Profound UI/UX design skills with a solid portfolio of design projects
Significant experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
Significant experience with Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, OmniGraffle, or other visual design and wire-framing tools
Good practical experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping
Strong visual design skills with good understanding of user-system interaction
Strong presentational and team player abilities
BS or MS degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or other related area
