We are looking for a UI/UX Design Lead to join Republic Crypto in reimagining the future of investing. You will work on a small, elite team to launch new blockchain-based products and services for individual and institutional investors.
What you'll do:
- Push the crypto industry’s usability standards forward, rethinking legacy design patterns and putting users to the center of every product that we build.
- Partner cross-functionally to pilot new products and services, bring intuitive and memorable user experiences to market.
- Apply a combination of research, experience, intuition, and imagination to craft cohesive visual identities for both existing and emerging products and services.
- Create engaging visual assets that spotlight the most interesting parts of each investment opportunity that we host, inviting curiosity and inspiring demand.
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer
- A lover of all things crypto, who understands industry-standard design patterns but isn’t afraid to think beyond them
- A history of leading UI/UX development on new product launches, ideally in startup or startup-like environments
- A systems thinker who brings clarity to ambiguity and can work effectively with a high degree of autonomy
- A champion of UX best practices with a track record of early lifecycle innovation
