YOUR MISSION
We need an outstanding Design Lead for our Brand & Creative Design team. As Lead, you will work alongside a multidisciplinary team across a number of internal groups including Marketing, Content, and Web, among others. You will be a player-coach, leading by doing and bringing out the best in the team through clear communication, inspiration and mentorship. In addition, we will be looking for natural leaders who understand:
- Evolution of brand voice in manner across varied marketing channels.
- Management of small teams and cross-discipline initiatives.
- Partnership with external agencies and internal stakeholders to help align business and brand strategy.
- Brand and marketing experimentation through research.
- Collaboration as an absolute necessity in getting the best work from the whole team.
- Guidance and advocacy with our marketing and executive teams.
- Be an active champion of design and execution quality through design critique and review processes.
YOUR PROFILE
- 10+ years of expertise in marketing/brand design.
- 3+ years of people management experience.
- A portfolio demonstrating deep experience developing conceptually strong and effective marketing campaigns
- Good taste in modern design with the ability to find balance between elegance and fun.
- Ability to thrive in fast, ambitious and highly collaborative environments.
- An understanding that feedback is a gift.
