For our Salesforce Innovation Program we are looking for an emergent Design Lead highly skilled at developing expansive design systems for our internal and external clients at our Publicis Sapient Headquarters.

Location: United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Finland, Denmark, Sweden 

In this role, you will be responsible for strengthening our reputation as pioneers in the industry, guiding our teams to resolve problems in new ways, and taking the lead in the creation of principles that nurture innovation and sustainability in the Salesforce ecosystem and surrounding environment.

Your Impact: 

• Create a new visual design system based on Salesforce Guidelines by conducting conceptional and interactive design visuals for e.g. platform features, communications 
• Working in different Salesforce platforms like Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ and the surrounding environment with an internal and external perspective
• Define the visual direction of a project to shape and position ideas for customer impact and blueprint roll-out to become the best and most innovative practice in all industries 
• Design detailed solutions that address clear customer needs, business context, client vision and project KPIs. Additionally, collect and consolidate visual design feedback from multiple stakeholders 
• Develop relationships across a project team, specifically with technical team members and software developers 
• Provide production support and communicate specifications if needed 
• Work autonomously plus collaboratively with Creatives and non-Creatives and find the right balance between details and holistic strategies 

Your Skills & Experience:   

• Excellent visual design skills with standard tools e.g. sketch, figma 
• Design leadership 
• Strategical and conceptual thinking 
• Advanced interaction and motion design 
• Component-based design development 
• Experience with design systems 
• Basic Coding Skills 
• Mentorship skills 
• Fluent in English 
• Minimum +5 years of work experience
