Who we are looking for
As a Growth Design Lead, you'll lead a multidisciplinary team of designers to tell compelling stories about DevRev's vision, mission, products and events, both externally and internally. You will closely partner with the Head of Design to establish DevRev's brand identity, through a Growth Design System that brings consistent visual languages to various media, such as websites, videos and social media posts. As the team leader, you'll also demonstrate and share best practices to help your team members become better visual thinkers and designers.
- Excellent craft skills to communicate delightful visual stories
- Understanding of the latest design trends and a passion for minimalism
- Understanding of Product-Led Growth design and ability to tell stories through interactive experience
- Ability to build a scalable design system to ensure visual consistency across various projects
- Ability to lead through ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
- Bonus: a heart for coding and familiarity with modern web technologies to experiment on innovative interaction designs
