Responsibilities:

Define, implement, and champion key data initiatives for Upgrade’s internal and external data users.
Manage and prioritize Business Intelligence and Data Engineering roadmaps.
Collaborate closely with various stakeholders across the business to understand data needs and issues.
Lead a team of engineers in building an efficient and scalable data and reporting layer for the organization.
Analyze the impact of data features and define key metrics for success.

Skills:

3+ years of data product management experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Fluency with SQL, product development tools, and reporting and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to distill data requirements from multiple stakeholders across multiple products and communicate them in simple ways.
Highly analytical and detail-oriented.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong Plus
Expertise in Financial Services with consumer banking/payments Fintech preferred.
Experience with Redshift and/or Snowflake
