Responsibilities:

Product management and cross-functional collaboration with relevant teams and stakeholders to set up SOPs for better user experience
Design new tools from the business side according to existing and potential demands
Coordinate with teams and resources to roll out global products
Regularly follow market and competitive intelligence in order to provide an insights from product, marketing and operation perspectives

Requirements:

3 years of proven success in product management of user operation
Strong understanding of user growth and user lifecycle, as well as different operation tools/software
User-focused, data driven and analytical
Ability to accurately understand and analyse requirements
Proven design capabilities and implementation skills with proven track record in delivery quality
At least professional proficiency in English (both written and verbal/communication)
