Creative Designer

Description

MediaMonks Buenos Aires is looking for a brilliant creative designer to craft digital content, campaigns, and assets for amazing brands across the world

Our ideal creative designer will not simply create visuals, but will also be expected to approach designs conceptually. They will need to be able to translate the brief and conceptual creative ideas into original designs.

While their designs need to be tight and by the brand book, this is not a production-centric or executional role (ie: they will be creatively directed to bring original design thinking to the table). The creative designer is critical in the upfront conceptual phase. Once the ideas are in production, they can roll off.

Role, responsibilities and requirements

  • Technically skilled with 3+ years of experience as a creative designer or art director
  • Have an articulate understanding of fundamentals such as typography and storytelling
  • Style proposals, sketches and mockups.
  • Experienced with all stages of the design process, from innovative design thinking to finalizing layouts to spec.
  • Highly experienced in crafting digital designs and ads
  • Slick Illustrator and Photoshop skills (the work needs to look so real that the clients could run it on the spot)
  • Figma is nice to have!
  • Improve the work on both an aesthetic and functional level
  • Go above and beyond the brief to push what’s possible
  • Comfortable collaborating and presenting design rationales to colleagues and clients alike
  • Very strong communication skills
