As a content writer for Developer Advocacy you will work closely with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to publish announcements for platform updates and product releases.
You Are:
- Well-written, proficient in both technical and creative writing styles
- Analytical, you love digging into topics and have a keen eye for the little details
- Communicator, with fantastic verbal and written communication skills
- Empathetic, you value understanding other points of view
- Collaborative, understanding that the best way to build something great is to coordinate the work of many people
- Technical, game development experience or knowledge of the Roblox platform and community is a plus
- Degree in Communications, Marketing, or Public Relations (or equivalent experience)
You Will:
- Keep our creators well-informed and up-to-date with platform news and product releases
- Assist with other creator communication efforts such as crisis communication, developer program announcements, and community events
- Look for opportunities to improve how we connect, inform, and engage Roblox creators
- Bring empathy for the community forward to our partners in Product, Marketing, Engineering
- Collect and analyze community sentiment surrounding key product releases
