About the Role

At a Content Writer at Beam, you will play a pivotal role in communicating the value and applications of our cutting-edge technology through compelling written content. Your ability to craft narratives that resonate with our audience and translate technical concepts into engaging and persuasive content will be instrumental in shaping our brand's voice and driving awareness of our innovations in the AI sphere. We are looking for someone who is passionate about building great products, has strong leadership skills, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Responsibilities

This role combines technical understanding with creative communication, making complex AI concepts accessible and engaging to a broad audience. Your key responsibilities will entail the following:

• Create, optimize, and maintain SEO-friendly articles that enhance Beam AI’s online presence and engage our target audience
• Regularly update and refine website content to reflect the latest developments and offerings of our products
• Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to enhance content relevance
• Develop and write engaging post copies and captions for various social media platforms, ensuring consistency with our brand voice and technical accuracy
• Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to produce content that accurately reflects product features and benefits
• Analyze content performance metrics to guide strategy and improve engagement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or a technical field closely linked to AI/ML space.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in content writing, preferably in the technology or AI industries
• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and understanding of SEO best practices
• Strong technical proficiency with experience in writing about AI, AI agents, or related fields
• Ability to translate complex technical information into user-friendly content
• Excellent command of English with impeccable writing and editing skills
• Strong grasp of prompting on ChatGPT 4 and integrating AI tools in work practices to assist with content generation
• Portfolio of writing samples demonstrating experience in technical and SEO writing
