We are looking for a full-time passionate Content Designer (m/f/x) in our Berlin Headquarters.
🎯 What you will contribute:
- Write inspiring headlines, effective call-to-actions, informative FAQs, and concise transactional emails
- Analyze new and existing flows and optimize them
- Explain complex topics simply, like a teacher
- Demonstrate an understanding of and connect with our users via each interaction
- Work closely with UX and Marketing Copywriters, UX Researchers, Content and Product Designers, and Product Managers to integrate writing and design from the beginning
- Conduct and evaluate content audits and take responsibility for strategic planning, placement, and review of content for new services and features
- Contribute to building and constantly improving our Content Design processes, developing our style guide, and restructuring how we work together best
🤝 What you bring:
- 2 +years of experience as a writer for the web or digital products with the desire to improve upon/transition into the role of Content Designer / UX Writer
- Ability to write clear and targeted text that always aims to optimize our product in a user-centric way
- Stylistically confident German with impeccable grammar and very good written and spoken English
- Skill translating functional communication goals into emotionally engaging and rationally motivating text while honoring our voice and tone guidelines
- A quick understanding of briefs and the ability to simultaneously satisfy users’ needs as well as Grover's business goals
- Passion for trends and topics in UX, digital communication, and product development.
